PUM provides an online shopping and communication platform between customers and retail stores. The store/supplier is responsible to add, edit, and make an agreement with the customer whether it includes delivery or pickup, and PUM has no role to play in the same. We are committed to making sure that our customers receive their service with good quality, and good rates as compared to the market, and required service/products are received within a minimum time and without any damage and loss to the Customer, Store, or User. For this, we always accept subscriptions of such Vendor Companies/Subscribers/Key-Partners and service providers which come up to the highest standard of service to our customers.
Information Responsibilities
PUM provides an online shopping platform with a communication platform between customers and stores.
The Store is responsible to add, edit, and make an agreement with customers whether it includes delivery or pickup.
We provide order tracking to the customer and the store should update the order status accurately. Moreover, it is to clarify that PUM does not provide any delivery services.
Delivery services are the sole responsibilities of Customers, and the Store owners, PUM shall not be held liable for delivery-related disputes. we provide free-of-charge service to our customers, and our general terms and conditions should include the following
Account
For using the PUM platform, the user must register and create an account with a valid mobile number.
Account login information is under the user’s responsibility. PUM will not be responsible for you sharing your information with other entities.
PUM is not responsible for attempted credit card fraud (for example, making a fraudulent purchase resulting from theft and unauthorized use of third-party credit card information) that occur in connection with your transactions.
Data Privacy
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others.
PUM keeps the privacy of our user data, and if PUM needs to share it with other parties, PUM does not need any approval from the customers. However, the data ownership is still under PUM properties and we have the right to use the data to enhance our services and products.
Authority to use bank cards: Using our platform you authorize PUM to use your Bank cards to submit payments through an authorized payment gateway in your country.
PUM is not responsible for sharing your banking information with any parties via text or voice chats via the site. The site has the right to use and store seller data for any marketing or other purpose as needed.
